Spend an incredibly powerful thirty minutes praying the Stations of the Cross, joining Fr. Mark Toups in this beautiful, contemplative joining with Jesus as He carries His cross for our salvation.
And as we join Jesus in this way, we know that He also joins us, as we carry our own cross during this time of isolation, sadness and crisis - for He understands our pain just as much as we do. He loves us so much, that He became one of us, to feel what we feel and suffer as we suffer - for the sole purpose of clearing the way for our healing, our rebirth, and our resurrection.
Pray His stations of the cross today, remembering His love for us and asking Him to come to the aid of those who have fallen, to those who are still fighting, to those who bring healing and comfort in spite of the danger they face. Pray for our families, pray for our world, pray for our Church. Jesus, come to our aid.
